Our practice concentrates in business law, focused in structuring business ventures, both public and private, such as partnerships and joint ventures, as well as credit investments in different forms. Our legal advice stands out for our ability to combine corporate management and contracts, especially in the power sector, given our extensive experience in this area. We have conducted substantial legal analysis of the Brazilian electric energy regulation, including the negotiation and setting up of power generation facilities, power supply, power trading and power distribution contracts. In addition, we have substantial experience in conflict management in this area, having participated in the negotiation and solution of disagreements between market participants.
